The real estate and loan transactions are time sensitive -- for loans we have to meet the lock deadline; for real estate we have to close escrow on time. Angel in the past worked for a high volume loan and real estate broker (3000 plus loans in a year).

Good title sales reps are hard to find. So when I connected with Angel, I was at first skeptical.
I find that a good rep should be there when you need them, but not always in your face. They should share best practices that they know work and not simply handout mailing lists.
And most importantly they need to listen to their customer (me) and issues I need help with.
Angel fits out those qualities above. I can not say enough about her and the quality of work she does. And she works with one of the best title officers/teams around, Marie and Claudia out of the Fidelity National Title in Campbell.
How would I rate her and her team;12 out of 10. I would encourage anyone that has had bad experiences with title sales reps and teams to give her a chance to show you what it means to be a professional .

I met Angel and few months ago at a Realtor mixer and was impressed with her enthusiasm and willingness to offer tools and services to me that no other Title company seemed to offer. I opened a few escrows with them and her team is really skilled and best of all responsive. They also have data base and farming tools that are the best I've seen. Angel is very responsive, willing to help, enthusiastic and offers ideas that has helped me improve my business - though the use of their tools.
