Katie Kingsbury went above and beyond in this transaction. I was impressed from the beginning when she came to my broker's open to see the house that I had opened up a pre-escrow with her on - this rarely happens. This familiarity with the house served her to not only be comfortable with my sellers during conversations, but also with the buyers and the buyer's agent when the signing came along because she knew the house and had been there. The biggest impression on me was made during this last week's storm when FedEx failed to bring signed docs back to her office in time for us to close. She actually hopped in her car and brought the loan docs to the client's house in Sacramento on a Friday and had that client resign them. Then she drove back to Santa Rosa and signed with the other client and made our closing happen that same day after this Herculean effort. I called her Super-woman! This kind of exceptional customer service is rare and Katie deserves a huge applause. Highly recommend this escrow officer at Fidelity National Title.
