I'll always take this responsibility very seriously. In my eighteen years in Title and Escrow, I've seen and handled just about every scenario. Being well versed in handling all types of transactions, from refinances to re-sales, new construction, and commercial, truly does allow success in putting the puzzle pieces together.

Lisa Lemonds takes it upon herself to make sure the transaction happens on time, and all I's are dotted and T's are crossed. I just closed a cash transaction with her where of course insurance was not required being a cash transaction, but she made sure the buyer had it in place simply to protect him! She's really on top of it and pays attention to every detail.
