Sandi has 25 years of experience in banking, working her way up from teller, to loan processor, to loan officer, then to branch manager for the bank’s Florence office. She made her foray into escrow in 2013 and joined the Fidelity National Title Team in 2022. With a strong background in lending and years of experience, Sandi knows the importance of keeping closings on track with timelines and closing dates.

Sandi is a true Florence native. She was born and raised in Florence and raised her daughter there. Her husband is a chiropractic physician and together they own their own chiropractic clinic in Florence. Sandi and her family live on a small ranch just outside of Florence where they have a USDA private facility for exotic animals. She and her daughter enjoy working with their horses as well as riding and showing Tennessee walking horses.

We had an accepted offer on Tuesday morning, the Prelim came out Wednesday, Sellers signed with a mobile notary on Thursday, Buyers signed electronically, the transaction funded Friday morning, and by 1:00 p.m. we were recorded. This was a very difficult transaction. The entire time, negotiating against time, schedules, and opinions of others read on Dr. Google. What else could we do?
