I had two listing transactions recently with Fidelity Title both of which went very smoothly. My communications with Pat via email were answered immediately, not sometime later in the day. When I called via telephone, Pat was easy to reach. When both transactions had closed Pat followed them up with a phone call to make sure everything had gone smoothly from my end. This is above and beyond what I have had with any other Title and Escrow company. Great job!

Although not all EO are created equal, for most transactions almost any given Closer can do the work, sometime leaving somewhat to be desired. But when you have a difficult transaction with many moving parts, signers in different states and many Seller demands this is when you need Pat Dorsett at Fidelity Title at the helm, ensuring to get done what other EO's can't.
