Once again Sandra Schnell and Emily Tweedt are beyond amazing. This transaction was a simultaneous closing and at different escrow companies. Sandra got everything done first thing in the morning and got the sellers proceeds wired over to the escrow company closing the purchase of their new home. Because of her prompt attention to this transaction we funded and recorded their purchase by 1:45 pm. Sandra and Emily deserve a 5 star review as usual. And would I recommend the services of Sandra, Emily and Carol Kreuger, Absolutely I recommended these ladies to a colleague I am mentoring.
