Adrienne Ripley

Adrienne Ripley has worked in the title and escrow industry for over 20+ years. She was born and raised in Fresno, CA, and attended school in the distinguished Clovis Unified School District. She attended college for a few semesters but was unsure of my major. Her uncle, a prominent real estate agent with a local brokerage in town, encouraged me to talk to an Escrow Officer due to the real estate “boom” they were experiencing. She didn’t even know what escrow was but was hired on the spot and immediately started working in escrow. She moved out of the area for a few years, moved back to Clovis in 2012, and has worked in the Fresno County market ever since. Adrianne has been with Fidelity National Title since September 2021. In her previous position, her responsibilities include sales and refinances, subdivision sale outs, and land acquisitions for a prominent new home builder. Adrienne is currently working in the commercial division at Fidelity National Title while still handling residential transactions. She takes pride in her knowledge and experience in the title and escrow industry and enjoys helping all clients involved in the transaction to understand the process. Her goal is a smooth and successful closing for each escrow she handles, and she works every day to improve to continue serving customers and meeting client expectations in an ever-changing market.
