Heather and her assistant, Sandy Ruiz combined for one of the fastest, most trouble-free escrow and real estate closing experiences I have ever had. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They communicated everything very clearly and explained in layman terms some of the sometimes confusing aspects of the escrow process. We even had a few good laughs in the process! I highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with Gail in the signing of our closing documents. The coordination with the other Fidelity office accommodation made everything go smoothly. My daughter had to arrive separately to sign and this in a nutshell went very well. I know we could have e-sign, but I wanted my daughter's 1st closing and signing the documents more of an experience with explanation signing.

The team at Fidelity Gig Harbor ROCKS. We had an out of county transaction that has some last minute hang ups with buyer's closing docs, Heather scrambled to make get everything in order, and made everything happen in order to close on time. The lender was even complimenting the team - "wow" you chose a good escrow team, they made it happen, thank goodness. Trough-out the process the team was very communicative. We will use Fidelity Gig Harbor again and again.
