CLONE MS TAYLOR!!!! She is a gifted instructor who clearly evidences her thorough escrow experience coupled with her prior experience as a Realtor. How very, very valuable. The combination is evidenced in her thorough understanding of not only the principles of escrow and title but their application by working RE brokers, making this class most applicable for working Realtors. Additionally, her personality made this a very engaging presentation which held our interest and attention for three hours. That's saying something! Thank you.

Heather and her assistant, Sandy Ruiz combined for one of the fastest, most trouble-free escrow and real estate closing experiences I have ever had. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They communicated everything very clearly and explained in layman terms some of the sometimes confusing aspects of the escrow process. We even had a few good laughs in the process! I highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with Gail in the signing of our closing documents. The coordination with the other Fidelity office accommodation made everything go smoothly. My daughter had to arrive separately to sign and this in a nutshell went very well. I know we could have e-sign, but I wanted my daughter's 1st closing and signing the documents more of an experience with explanation signing.
