This closing came right down to the wire, as we received additional documents and instructions from the buyer's side on the very morning we were scheduled to close. I have been working with Jennifer Mills for a few years now and she has been great with every single transaction of mine. The last one was quite the challenge and she really outdid herself! We had a whole contingency train consisting of 4 homes in it. First home sold a week prior, so we were left with 3. Jennifer was right in the middle of it and a lot depended on her. She performed flawlessly!! To the point where we closed all 3 contingent (upon each other) transactions in ONE day! She stayed late the day before to set up the first one to close early next morning, and came in super early to accommodate a signing for the next home. All was released to record before noon for the second home and everything was sent to the next title company for the 3rd one and the 3rd one closed within a couple hours! We couldn�t have done it without you Jen!

This particular escrow had more than the usual amount of moving parts. First, my sellers were in the process of moving to Southern California, and were not always readily available. Secondly, my go to Escrow Officer Jennifer Mills was scheduled to be on vacation during what ended up being only a 21 day escrow. Fortunately Jennifer had everything set up and ready to go for when we went into contract, and then Merrisha Herndon stepped right in in while Jenn was gone. We ended up having another seamless Fidelity National transaction, excellent teamwork!

This transaction was a little more complicated that usual. It was an off market Trust sale that included an extended escrow period, and a seller possession after the sale. Jennifer kept all parties updated along the way, and provided a seamless escrow experience!
