Mary Beals handled my Escrow along with Fil Ferreira. Wow, what an amazing team! The escrow was seamless from start to finish. They were professional, communicated each step, and gave the best service to all parties involved. I am so pleased and thankful to work with such a great team. This escrow was outside of my normal coverage area so I didn't have regular title officers or a company I normally work with. Mary and Fil were a pleasure to work with and very punctual. I feel they went over and beyond to get a somewhat challenging escrow with many moving parts closed. Highly recommend.

But her greatest attribute is her earnest connection to the urgency and proper pace in handling tasks and providing resolution.
