This is the second escrow in the last six months with Rob Bor and his team at Fidelity in Auburn. I have to say I?m extremely impressed with Rob and his team on all aspects of the escrows. He is a complete professional with a great sense of humor and excellent communication skills. He really has a wonderful way about him and so very easy to work with. My client commented afterwards about how pleasant not only the deal but signing at Rob?s office. I always enjoy the personalized service and so do my clients. I look forward to more deals with Rob Bor and his team and will definitely refer him to other realtors! Rob Bor and staff are by far the most experienced, professional, accountable and organized escrow team in the business. I've sold a lot of real estate in my 20+ years and can state from vast experience, that a Rob Bor led escrow can rarely be equaled anywhere, and certainly in Northern California. Fidelity National Title is lucky to have him and therefore, our big tram business as well.

I have used Team Bor in the past with great success and their above-and-beyond service is what brings me back. Communication was always prompt and thorough, questions/issues were addressed quickly, and the client accommodations we needed were made without hesitation. An excellent experience overall.

Rob Bor goes the extra mile every time. He is super responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. His team works very hard to get it right the first time. He treats my clients as his own and that is very important to me. If there is a problem he handles it without putting it in my lap. In a world of declining customer service Rob Bor outshines them all!
