Kathy Kendall- she goes above and beyond for our clients. She is really good at working with elderly people and her down to earth personality makes people feel very comfortable. She is very communicative throughout the process and her assistant, Amanda Trent, is very helpful as well. They are true gems!

This was my first time working with Kathy and it was such a pleasure. What I loved about working with her was her approach. Being proactive throughout the process and her attention to details. I appreciated that Kathy?s communication and just keeping all parties in the know at all stages of the escrow. Definitely look forward to working with her again.

Kathy was great throughout the whole process! Our escrow wasn't the easiest with 3 different sets of buyers. She never once made it seem like there was any inconvenience and always kept a positive attitude throughout. Very knowledgeable and always available I would recommend Kathy to anyone!
