Tim is a 3rd generation Sacramento native. He and his wife, Heather have been married over 28 years and have raised 3 children, Maddison, Trevor & Nathen. Tim enjoys Fly Fishing, Golf, and spending time with his family. Tim is a big sports fan and loves the Sacramento Kings, San Francisco 49ers, and the Boston RedSox.

For the past 20 years I have worked with the same real estate company. Our company has always had in house relationships with lenders and title companies. Loan officers and title reps do come and go throughout their career and I have always stayed with the in house company when my favorite loan officer or title rep took a job at another company. When Tim left our in house title company, for the first time ever, I quit using the in house title company and followed Tim to his new title company
