As an escrow officer in the Placer County marketplace for over 30 years, I pride myself on handling every transaction, big or small, with the highest level of customer service. Because of my tenure in the industry, there are few challenges I can’t work though and overcome for my clients. I consider it an honor to help homeowners complete the American Dream. Whether you are buying or selling a home, first time home buyer or luxury marketplace, I take my position seriously and pull out all of the stops to ensure a smooth and positive transaction. Working with agents and lenders is one of my greatest treasures and maintaining those relationships is my top priority.

I have used Laura to handle the majority of my escrows for the past 10 years. From the time I was a "Newby", "Nobody" she gave me the time and attention to help me understand the process. She goes on and beyond my expectations to deliver the quality service I look for. My position on my vendors is very simple, they are part of my team and the reason I give them my business is to take the load off of my shoulders so I can spend my time where I do best, hunting down the next one. Laura Peachey went the extra mile to get loan docs to title for a contingent sale I had. It was a challenge, however she was communicating with me the entire time to get to close.
