We transferred escrow to Natasha when we were less than two weeks from closing. The transition was seamless. Everything was handled quickly and it seemed as though we had been with Natasha all along. This was a particularly difficult escrow but Natasha made sure everything was handled professionally, kept us fully informed throughout the process, and was understanding of the sensitivity of this difficult escrow. Shelle Williams is an excellent escrow officer. She's knowledgeable, professional and very responsive. I appreciate her calm demeanor even when we encounter a stressful or time sensitive matter. She is resourceful and organized. She Always pre- opens my escrows and has the pertinent documents ready to go - we just need the buyer. I also appreciate that Shelle takes the time to call me when we close escrow. I Know I am not her only agent she works with but she makes you feel that way. She always sends an email at closing as well. After 25 years in real estate, I still like to get that call Congratulations we are on record! I know other agents who feel the same way. We then call our clients and tell them the exciting news! I'm not always in front of my email so the phone call ensures I can communicate to my clients timely as well.

This Purchase Money Transaction was a seamless close with Teresa Gibson working with my closer and Processor Jodi Hotchkiss as well as the Mtg. Broker Matt Hollander and James Myers of Blue Point Commercial Mortgage.
The Buyers had multiple Guarantors and some other small investors in the deal which required many signatures and documentation. Natasha and Teresa were great to work with and though we had some last minutes items needed it was taken care in the most professional way.
