We just closed escrow on a purchase loan Nichole was the escrow officer on. She is fantastic! She answered emails and phone calls in a timely manner, and was very helpful with the HOA we were dealing with. A delay in condo paperwork meant we were closing past our COE. When the lender was finally able to close, Nichole balanced right away (after hours) and signed early the next morning so we could same day sign and record...on a Friday! Great team work and great job, Nichole!
