I has been some time since I worked with Stephanie, for whatever reason. It was good though because up against the other transactions at other various companies, Stephanie shined. 2021 and 2020 and fast paced years that require lots of patience and good communication no matter the volume or quickness of a transaction. Stephanie was great and handled a quick close sale to the "T" with no issues flawlessly.

This happened to be my very first sale as a real estate agent. Needless to say I was a bit nervous, but Stephanie immediately put my mind at ease. I felt so much better knowing I had someone with great knowledge and experience on my team. When a curveball was thrown into the transaction a few days before closing, she knew exactly what to do to minimize the delay of closing. I will definitely be using Fidelity again in my future deals.
