She is dedicated to making her clients transactions more efficient by providing superior service for their needs. Norma's background and knowledge has provided her the opportunity to handle even the most complex multi-county and multi-state commercial transactions. She also specializes in Infill and mixed-use projects, assisting throughout the land acquisition, financing and development processes. Norma is an active member in the Association of Commercial Real Estate, Urban Land Institute, Commercial Real Estate Women and NAIOP.

Norma Farr is a very unique individual. I have to tell a true story about my first encounter with Norma. When I first started with the Vollman Company, we had a title company that was usually used for transactions. I was new to the industrial sector yet the market was just starting to move quite rapidly and I was moving right along with it. The other title company originally used knew that I was new and I obviously needed help in understanding the details with certain documents required for these transactions. I wasn't treated well by the ladies at that title company and it was slowing me down as they wanted to remind me of everything I already knew I didn't know. I quickly found Norma. This kindhearted executive, bought me into her office, took the time to listen to me, understood the situation and went into details of what needed to be done and what each of the documents meant. Norma sent me on my way with a package of highlighted documents for my own reference material. When I had questions, she was right there. I will never forget that day and I became loyal to making sure she knew I was thinking of her. I wound up being one of the top sales producers that year with my company.
