I have used Steffanie Sharp to close all my escrows because no matter the obstacle or the difficulty she always handles with calmly and professionally. I never worry when Steffanie is in charge since she is such a great communicator and I am never surprised by some unforeseen problem. I am very grateful to her for doing such a great job.

After using many title offices that have showed poor performance and not wanting to mix business with friendship, I finally opened an escrow with a good boating friend friend Steffanie Sharp. She knocked it out of the park! I never had to ask for updates, when she needed something from the sellers or buyers she went after it herself and got the job done. Lets just say she goes to work in the morning "to work". That also includes the weekends! Most escrow officers hang is up at 5p on Fridays and you wont hear back from them until Monday. Well not Steffanie, she was available to take care of a difficult situation on a Saturday while on the boat:) and I could not have thanked her enough!
