Jamie was very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding with the entire process. This being my first escrow, there were a few times when I needed clarification about the process, and she went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure a successful and smooth transaction. She?s very approachable and very responsive. I?ll continue using Jamie for all my transactions!

Jamie Ryan from Fidelity National is absolutely amazing that the transactional side of the title business but more importantly she has a high emotional and social IQ. She has taken some very difficult situations that were in no way a Fidelity national issue, yep was able to talk to all parties involved and keep the transaction moving smoothly and more importantly keep each of the customers on both sides of the transaction happy and satisfied. Over the past 10 years of used several title officers but when I found Jamie and she was willing to take on a very complicated land transaction and she did so knowing there would be additional work. She completed that work in a timely fashion and was extremely helpful and has earned all of my business.

There isn't a better feeling than knowing the escrow transaction if being taken care of 100%. I can focus on my clients and making sure they are happy and taken care of. The everyday details in the escrow are being handled by Jamie Ryan and I never have to worry about any detail. She updates me immediately on everything. I never worry that we have missed a detail in the timeline. I never have to ask her when or where a document is or what is happening. I hear from Jamie before I every think to ask her. Confidence in my escrow is priority. She is knowledgeable and makes my clients feel at home while signing and also thoroughly explaining all the details that can be overwhelming. The sellers and the listing agents on this transaction were not user friendly. Poor Jamie was thrown every curve ball, fast ball, screw ball , knuckle ball on top of unnecessary demands by listing agents and sellers. What should have been an extremely simple transaction turned into a total "please close and go away transaction" lol.. Jamie was always professional and God bless her patience for all the unnecessary nonsense this poor woman and all of us had to go through. Jamie is the best!

Jamie Ryan is fantastic. Delightful from beginning to end. I would say more times than not, she answers her direct line when I call. Very responsive. The last escrow I closed was delayed by Buyer's home not closing in time. It was questionable whether we would close before Christmas and Buyer had already moved into the home. Jamie stayed in close contact with the entire team and was able to act quickly to facilitate a Christmas Eve close. I had very happy clients!! Jamie makes you feel like you are her only client.
