Melissa knows how to get things done on time and efficiently. Starter home but needed additional buyer last minute , confusion with lender and security deposits etc. she handled quick with no complaints. I had both sides and they loved her. Realtors are missing out if they don�t use her.

Melissa does it again for me and my clients. This was a quick escrow and she delivered again. Awesome response to everyone involved that made it happen on time as it needed to be. She worked with title to explain easements that were complicated and put the buyer and his agent at ease. And again my seller got back to me how professional and efficient she was.
