Fidelity Title was negotiated by the listing agent on our transaction. Honestly, it wasn't my first choice. I have always used a different company and have never had reason to try anyone else. Lisa Furr did a stellar job of making me aware of every stage and challenge of the escrow, and what she was doing to make it work. There was not one single time where I had to wonder what was going on or when our escrow was going to close. Lisa scheduled our remote signing literally minutes after she received lender docs and my buyers were able to sign before they had to fly back out of town. A remarkable performance by any escrow officer. Thank you Lisa Furr and thank you Fidelity Title Company.

We moved our close of escrow date up a few days to be before the weekend, which was beneficial to both parties.
