Tiffany Land and her trusted team, TeamLand, always get the job done and are helpful and available at all times. What I appreciate most with Tiffany is that she makes me feel as if there are no dumb questions. We as Realtors are often and unfairly expected to be "all knowing", but the reality is that we can't reasonably be expected to know every aspect and nuance of the title and escrow business too. In those instances, Tiffany never has a pause, but rather answers all questions and seems genuinely happy to do so. I appreciate that.
