This was my first time using Fidelity did so because it was selling agents preferred Title, was pleasantly surprised and very happy the way things turned out. Natalie Holcomb and her assistant Jenny did a great job and communication was on par. Will be using again.

Another awesome experience!
Had to adjust the close date with out notice. Natalie was able to locate an officer, office, time slot for my clients on under an hours notice.

The escrow officer we signed with was clearly experienced, was able to describe and articulate every step of the process to our clients. There may have been a language barrier, but she performed flawlessly, with another perfect closing at Fidelity.

Last week Natalie stayed after hours for our clients, this week she made it happen again literally instantly on the spot.

Not sure if it�s possible to have a better Title/Escrow experience.
Amazing people to work with make this high stress job less stressful:)

Natalie Halcomb is a top of the list escrow agent. She is so knowledgeable in her craft and it shows. She is very prompt when returning phone calls or emails. Natalie makes my clients feel very informed and will always take the time needed to be sure they are comfortable when signing.

Natalie was amazing. Great to work with through the process, accessible and always willing to answer and help. She was available over the weekends when I had questions and I greatly appreciate it.
