Natalie Halcomb and her team are phenomenal. Their communication and response times are super and they do it all with professionalism and positivity. Natalie has the perfect disposition to work with clients directly and she knows her job inside and out. Ive been a full time real estate agent for going on 18 years and she is by far the best at what she does. It was a joy to experience Natalie Holcomb's professionalism and expertise. She is obviously well versed in the Art of Escrow and is also very friendly and sensitive to the clients. She was patient as they needed to talk a lot before we got down to business and that was a blessing to my clients as well as to me. Selling one's home is very stressful and invokes a type of grieving and loss even if they want to sell and move on. It is saying goodbye to a place with many wonderful memories and Natalie's willingness to engage in 'get to know you' conversation before signing away the rights to a precious place where the sellers experienced solace and love was very empathetic, genuine and generous. And besides that she is beautiful inside and out. She may be my new Escrow Agent for life! I am most grateful to have experienced the Natalie Blessing.
