She’s an Idaho native, born in the Boise area and was raised in several successful family-owned businesses that in turn, have helped shaped her into the customer service extraordinaire that she is today.

Heather has over 20 years of experience in custom home building, lending and the title and escrow industry. After many years of having the desire to be in the closing room, she has found her passion in specializing in residential escrow including new construction, resales, and refinance transactions. In 2021, Heather was chosen by her Fidelity peers as the winner of the Deb Weymouth Award. This award is quite the honor to receive as it exemplifies the adaptability to change, always willing to help in any and all situations, a company advocate and a team member that all would describe as out for the greater good.

Heather Smith was awesome! She made closing on our house enjoyable. I appreciated her having all the pages that needed signing already marked, making the signing go faster. She explained each of the pages in terms I could understand. When we got delayed moving into our house, Heather made sure we were credited for the days we didn’t take possession. She took the time to call and email us, keeping us apprised of the situation. Heather was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I felt like I made a new friend by the time I left her office! I would highly recommend her to anyone closing on a house. Heather is definitely a 10+ in my opinion!

We’ve been through perhaps 10-12 closings over the years. Of all our transactions this one easily was the worst because of issues with the builder. However, without a doubt, the one shining light was Heather who was proactive in her communication and kept as apprised throughout as things went along over a stressful week. She was ahead of the curve in all respects and made sure that mortgage interest accruals and other charges were accurately backed out right up to final close.

I don’t typically do reviews but this experience was so outstanding Heather deserves this. It is hard to believe that a house closing could be fun but Heather’s outstanding professionalism turned a huge PITA into an enjoyable experience despite the circumstances. Heather is a person who obviously enjoys her job.

Heather Smith was excellent in her role of closing agent for us sellers. Heather coordinated well with the closing agent in the other state. The numbers on the closing documents had multiple changes due to last- minute changes coming in from various companies, and Heather and closing agent in the other state stayed on top of the changes, and presented us current documents. Heather did an excellent job of explaining the content in the multiple documents and answered our questions.
