Darrin is a great help who seems to ALWAYS be available. A rare thing in the real estate business is to get a call back after leaving a message. No matter when or what time I call or text Darrin, he is quick to return the call with the answer to any question I might have. Even at midnight!! He always seems to have the right person for me to talk to and is quick to get me connected.
There are many title companies out there and a lot of title reps, but I can tell you there are very few as helpful, quick reacting and as personable as Darrin Lyle. He comes very highly recommended from me to all the agents I get a chance to talk with.

Darrin Lyle loves to work, if you will sit with him and give him your time, you will be better for it. I promise he will not waste your time. let me ask you, what does my current title company do to help me grow my business? If you cannot answered that question in 10 seconds or less you owe it to yourself to sit with him. Most title companies will not do closings after hours, most will not accommodate even simple requests. If you are closing 10 plus deals a year as an Realtor or 30 plus deals as a Loan Officer, give him your time. You can thank me later!
