PJ Nava and her team performed outstandingly especially under the epic crisis we had. They accomplished a cash closing within 24 hrs. They worked together along side both agents in addition to dealing with out of state notary to beat the closing deadline. 15 min. to spare. I will recommend FNT everytime!

PJ and her team were second to none in stepping up to the challenge of closing a file with a new buyer in less than 24 hours. The contractual change in the 11th hour to a new buyer with different terms a day before closing happened so fast it made everyone's heads spin, BUT PJ and her team were able to meet and exceed all expectations by rising to the challenge, processing the changes, and onboarding and vetting the new parties to the transaction and closing the file in one day.
