This being the first transaction I've closed with Fidelity and it was the most complicated transaction I've ever been involved in! PJ Nava, Braxton Archer & Zac Turner of Fidelity could not have coordinated services any better. Since I was representing the Seller & the Buyer it was challenging to keep up with for everyone and these 3 over cam every issues and got the job done! I cannot thank them enough. I will be back!!!!

I?ve had transactions with a wide variety of escrow officers over the last 6 years but none can compare to the amazing job that PJ Nava does. She goes above and beyond for her clients all the time. From answering questions, handling issues with urgency, after hours questions?you name it she does it. And she always does it with the utmost professionalism. As always, PJ and Zac made sure that everything ran smoothly! This was a tough transaction involving a trust and a 1031 exchange with parties in 3 states. There were a lot of moving parts, but everything on the title side moved seamlessly. One less thing that I had to worry about and I really appreciate it!

I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally PJ Nava performed her duties to take care of my Clients needs in the final hours on the closing of their new home in Idaho.
My family was under the usual and expected stress (not unlike any family moving from an out of state location into a new state) to ensure everything in closing on their new home completed all necessary steps to finish on time and on the date scheduled. PJ Nava was able to communicate with them several times in the final hours, to ensure she was going to make sure their closing would be completed as expected. I was greatful for her ability to communicate that she was on it to ensure it would reach their expected outcomes.
