Cynthia Henscheid began her career in title and escrow in May 1995. As a result of her strong background and many years of service in the industry, she is able to proficiently handle closings of all types.

Cynthia's analytical nature, good communication skills and excellent customer service provides realtors, lender, buyers and sellers the satisfaction of a smooth closing. She enjoys working collaboratively as a team and believes it makes for an enjoyable and successful transaction for all parties.

She is an Idaho native, married and has two daughters and one son. She loves living in Southeast Boise close to downtown and the Greenbelt.

Cynthia is very responsive and knows her way around any kind of transaction!
