April Lane joins Fidelity National Title with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has spent a majority of that time in the Residential Real Estate Marketplace. April has extensive experience with residential agents, lenders, investors and developers, closing multiple types of transactions.

April truly exemplifies the TEAM (Title, Escrow, Agent/Realtor and Mortgage Lender) philosophy. She understands that each party has a separate, yet equally important role, and that combined effort of each individual is what leads to a successful closing experience for her clients, buyers and sellers. April understands that the purchase and sale of real estate is the most important investment that an individual will likely make in his or her lifetime. It was a great experience having April Lane as our Escrow Officer at Fidelity National Title. Being an avid Realtor, I had young first time home buyers that just didn�t know the how real estate got purchased. April took the time to help them understand all what was of required of them when we sat down at her office to sign the loan and closing documents. She took the time to go over all of it and helped answer any of their questions. At the end they were very excited and pleased to become first time home buyers!

April Lane, Senior Escrow Officer, is absolutely one of the very best I?ve had the pleasure working with. She is super helpful and always responsive to any questions or concerns. Her work ethic helps all of us get to the finish line on time. She even helped my last buyer client sign closing documents after hours. He was a first time home buyer and April spent 1.5 hours helping him understand all that he was not only signing but also educated him on many details often skipped with other signing agents. There is a difference and am proud to have April as my Escrow Officer. She not only serves professionally, she makes me look good at what I do!

April Lane and her assistant Ryan did an amazing job with getting our transaction to close. The property had about every lien one could think minus a me mechanics lien. They were able to get all the necessary payoffs to have a free and clear title and close as early as possible. They communicated throughout the process and made the transaction less stressful than it could have been.

April Lane is my go to person with everything escrow for the last 7yrs! She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer she will find it. She has gone above beyond many times over on transactions just to get to the finish line. More than once she has put boots to the ground to acquire what we need to move forward. She isn't a "wait till Monday" type of person and that is who I want on my team and who I choose to work with time and time again.

April Lane went above and beyond with my clients! As attorneys, my clients are very particular, and want to understand every detail of every contract they are signing. She spent so much time answering questions that were incredibly granular and nuanced, and never made them feel like they were an inconvenience. She was incredible at the closing as well, walking them through each step and explaining every section patiently, never making them feel rushed.
