April Lane joins Fidelity National Title with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has spent a majority of that time in the Residential Real Estate Marketplace. April has extensive experience with residential agents, lenders, investors and developers, closing multiple types of transactions.

April truly exemplifies the TEAM (Title, Escrow, Agent/Realtor and Mortgage Lender) philosophy. She understands that each party has a separate, yet equally important role, and that combined effort of each individual is what leads to a successful closing experience for her clients, buyers and sellers. April understands that the purchase and sale of real estate is the most important investment that an individual will likely make in his or her lifetime. April thrives in the role of leading the TEAM and creating a positive memorable real estate experience for that buyer or seller.

April Lane is always prompt and so helpful. I try and do all of my transactions with her as she is so personable with my clients and really knows how to break down the closing to a fine art. My clients always feel so good with their closings because April takes the time to really explain things and answer their questions.

Once again the Fidelity National Title Team absolutely knocks it out of the park. I will literally fight tooth and nail to make sure April Lane and Ryan Mullins are our escrow officers. Every single time, April and her team make the contract run so smooth and seamless. I know I can trust April and Ryan to respond promptly, cross the T?s and Dot the I?s and have the best interest of my client. It?s refreshing knowing there are two rockstars on my team every transaction.

There are many people in the title industry who claim to know their job well and do it correctly, however presented with the slightest problem in a deal or contract they quickly quit or don?t have answers. April Lane and Ryan Mullins never quit and will always find answers to any problem you may encounter. Regardless of the deal, it?s complexity or rarity; Fidelity National Title is hands down the only title company to use. They are professional, problem solvers, and ?Can Doers?. Call them for any title needs!

April Lane, Sr. Escrow Officer, worked after hours to help the lender and my clients. She got it all organized so that my clients could sign remotely while in Hawaii. We even closed a day or two sooner thanks to April and her assistant, Ryan's hard work.
