I'm a third generation Idaho native! I love boating with my family, being in the mountains, traveling, and experiencing new things. I'm a foody so anything related to food makes my heart melt. Anyone that knows me knows how much I love me some Mexican food! Fun fact about me: I'm a certified diamontologist and can play "I will be Right here waiting" by Richard Marx on the piano.

This was my first transaction with the escrow officer Annie Shockley, Although, I wasn't surprised of her professional and determined attitude to successfully close, I was surprised the comfort level as well as her drive to keep the momentum during the process and at closing her ability to ease the room and confidently deliver the details on each page of the closing doc's. Annie is a ROCKSTAR at what she does and truly made the close out fun and rewarding!

Annie Shockley was a pleasure to work with. In fact, I called her after the closing to let her know how much I appreciated her professionalism during our closing with the sellers of the property. This was especially important because they lost money on the sale of the house compared to what they had paid for it.

Annie Shockley and her assistant, Nicole Morford, were excellent to work with. Annie does a great job signing, which we did remotely in an assisted living space. She made sure the seller understood what was happening. I am pleased to work with this team.

I highly recommend using the team of Annie Shockley and Nicole Christianson at Fidelity National Title (FNT). When I went into contract the Listing Agent tried to persuade my buyer to use her preferred escrow officer and title company. We pushed back knowing how great working with FNT is. By the end of the transaction, the listing agent said that Annie and Nicole were amazing, and she looked forward to working with them in the future. I love and appreciate working with such dedicated colleagues in the business.

Fidelity National Title is the BEST! I am partial to my team of course, Stacey, Annie and Nicole. However al interactions with other staff have been equally amazing. They are always a phone call or txt away. The customer service team is fantastic, they are there to provide answers to question and any assistance needed. Fidelity has extremely useful tools, the mobile app is super easy and has great content. Stacey gets me a farming list with in one day of each transaction. I truly feel that my success is celebrated.
