What could have been a nightmarish closing scenario turned into a dream come true. Seller insisted on a last minute insurance policy that Fidelity smoothly managed incorporating into the close. Easement issues were noted by Fidelity's attorney. 3 hours later we managed to protect my client, close the deal. Then going above and beyond the call of duty: Having the printout for the water share transfer ready for our client to fill out.
