Fidelity National Title is the BEST! I am partial to my team of course, Stacey, Annie and Nicole. However al interactions with other staff have been equally amazing. They are always a phone call or txt away. The customer service team is fantastic, they are there to provide answers to question and any assistance needed. Fidelity has extremely useful tools, the mobile app is super easy and has great content. Stacey gets me a farming list with in one day of each transaction. I truly feel that my success is celebrated.

We’ve been through perhaps 10-12 closings over the years. Of all our transactions this one easily was the worst because of issues with the builder. However, without a doubt, the one shining light was Heather who was proactive in her communication and kept as apprised throughout as things went along over a stressful week. She was ahead of the curve in all respects and made sure that mortgage interest accruals and other charges were accurately backed out right up to final close.
I don’t typically do reviews but this experience was so outstanding Heather deserves this. It is hard to believe that a house closing could be fun but Heather’s outstanding professionalism turned a huge PITA into an enjoyable experience despite the circumstances. Heather is a person who obviously enjoys her job.
