Client's first home purchase. The day of closing she received multiple aggressive spam/fraud calls. My client was in tears. Thankfully PJ Nava was there with her knowledge, poise, confidence. She assuaged our clients fears while empowering our client with knowledge. Tears of fear became smiles of joy by the end of the closing session. PJ Nava is a remarkable human and a kick ass Fidelity employee. Some how Fidelity continues to raise the bar in client satisfaction. I am beyond impressed.

What could have been a nightmarish closing scenario turned into a dream come true. Seller insisted on a last minute insurance policy that Fidelity smoothly managed incorporating into the close. Easement issues were noted by Fidelity's attorney. 3 hours later we managed to protect my client, close the deal. Then going above and beyond the call of duty: Having the printout for the water share transfer ready for our client to fill out. The highest level of professionalism, customer service can be found with Natalie Halcomb, PJ Nava and the rest of this amazing Title team. Who could ask for anything more? I feel beyond blessed as a Realtor to have these professionals on my team.
