Terri Peterson is absolutely fantastic. I was the Listing Agent and Terri was chosen by the Selling Agent. I have owned and served as Broker for two real estate companies and have been designated by the Real Estate Division of the State of Nevada as a "Seasoned Broker/Salesman". Although I have never worked with Terri nor met her, she treated me like we had been working together for over 40 years. My Seller has terminal cancer, and we needed a quick close. We got the Purchase Agreement to Terri on Monday afternoon, and we closed on Friday morning. I do not know if that is a Nevada record, but it is my personal best. BTW I work from my desk in Arkansas, and I know that with the two-hour time difference Terri worked past 5 PM to make it happen. Wow!
