Because, we signed the contract on December 19, 2024, and then successfully closed Escrow on January 2, 2025, completed the house registration, completed the house transfer, and got the house key on the same day! It was really fast! And considering that there were 2 holidays in the middle: Christmas and New Year, so she and her term only had 8 days to work. We were very surprised by her work efficiency. Jackie D'Hondt is amazing! She went out of her way on a weekend to be available to help when a system glitch was prohibiting an out of state mobile notary signing to take place. If we would have had to wait until the following Monday (like we would have with most Title companies), the closing would likely have been delayed.
