Both my sale representative and my escrow officer were phenomenal. My sales liaison helped me get a title report & helped me set up for success. My listing had 5 vested sellers, including one that had an international trip prior to closing. The contract was approximately 17 days, yet the escrow officer was so proactive that everything was streamlined for my sellers. The buyer's lender did not have good communication and several items were done last minute, but the escrow officer was so professional and very prepared. Although the lender did not set up escrow for success, the escrow officer managed to close this Friday transaction on time. This was a phenomenal team and I am deeply grateful.

I have been in the real estate industry just over 20 years and Stephen Vezzetti is by far the best escrow officer I have worked with to date. He always makes sure we close on time and almost always gets us to closer early when need be. If you want a smooth closing, work with Stephen. He gets it done!

I have been working with escrow officers for 20 years and Stephen Vezzetti is by far the best Escrow officer I have worked with. He is professional, responsive and gets the job done, even when curve balls are thrown at him last minute.

Stephen went the extra mile to make sure our transaction closed! The day of closing he drove to meet the Buyer at their work because the Buyer's schedule changed and they couldn't come into the office and it was too late for a notary. He is excellent at communication, always quick to respond and I 100% trust him with all my business.
