Both my sale representative and my escrow officer were phenomenal. My sales liaison helped me get a title report & helped me set up for success. My listing had 5 vested sellers, including one that had an international trip prior to closing. The contract was approximately 17 days, yet the escrow officer was so proactive that everything was streamlined for my sellers. The buyer's lender did not have good communication and several items were done last minute, but the escrow officer was so professional and very prepared. Although the lender did not set up escrow for success, the escrow officer managed to close this Friday transaction on time. This was a phenomenal team and I am deeply grateful.
