Coach LC's Back to Basics was amazing. I have been struggling with a number of things and Coach got me dialed, even answering the phone on a Friday after hours when I needed it. I loved the accountability and teamwork experience - but most of all her energy and true belief in all of us. She's the first to call BS and the first give praise when earned.
