I began my Escrow journey in 1997. I have risen through the ranks from Escrow Receptionist to Escrow Officer and is celebrating her 19 year anniversary with Fidelity National Title Agency.

I have earned the professional designations of Certified Escrow Officer, in 2008, Certified Senior Escrow Officer in 2014, Senior American Settlement Industry Professional, in 2016 and Certified Escrow Instructor, 2018. I served as President of the Arizona State Escrow Association in 2009-2010, and as AEA Director from 2007 thru 2010, and Alt. Director 2015-2016, Treasurer of the American Escrow Association for the 2016-2017 year, 2nd Vice President of the American Escrow Association for the 2017-2018 year, 1st Vice President of the American Escrow Association for the 2018-2019 year, President Elect of the American Escrow Association for the 2019-2020 year, President of the American Escrow Association for the 2020-2021 year.

Carlye had the purchase transaction for a mutual client who was selling their home (Carlye's file) and buying another home (my file). She was so responsive to our needs on a concurrent close, we couldn't have done it without her excellent service.
She was responsive throughout the transaction and even though she received the wire for her closing moments before her wire cutoff, was able to send out the wire we needed, along with a Final SS within minutes, to help our mutual client close on time. Kudos and Thanks to Carlye, great job!!

Carlye Buxton is the best! On my last transaction with her, Carlye handled a very touchy situation with a very upset seller at the closing table with grace and professionalism. The seller was NOT going to sign, but Carlye walked her through the debits and credits one by one, even though the seller had told Carlye on the phone the day before she did not need any explanation and understood everything. Carlye was patient and kind throughout and in the end, the seller was apologizing for being so difficult. Carlye is the best in the business!!

I do not know how to recommend Carlye highly enough! Though I have been in the business only 5 years, I have worked with many escrow officers in my position. It is a rare find to get an escrow officer who is as communicative as Carlye is. I ALWAYS get quick responses from her via email, she updates me before I even get the chance to check in, and she actually answers her phone!
