Jodi Ayala was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She began her title and escrow career in 2004 at Heritage Escrow in Huntington Beach, California. In 2006, Jodi and her family moved to Arizona. She has been recognized as a top producer in the title and escrow industry since 2011. She specializes in residential transactions, including investment, builder, construction, land, rental, multi-family, REO, short sales, ibuyer, for sale by owner, refinances, and resale. Mrs. Ayala is currently the Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at Fidelity National Title West Valley Branch. To thrive in our real estate industry, she believes it is critical to adapt, remain flexible, and be open to change.
