Kim was truly amazing, from the moment we went into escrow until the very end. She was quick to iron out all the details early in the escrow so we knew what had to be lined up for closing. Throughout the escrow process, when there were snags, Kim as a true gem giving guidance on how to resolve them. Then, even on the day of recording, there were snags and Kim expertly guided us so we were able to close on time. Her bubbly personality is a bonus! I recommend Kim for any of your escrow needs!

We did not choose Ms. Rafael, the sellers did. Seeing that she was in Napa, I frankly presumed ours would be a high cost / low service escrow, given that we were not in the multimillion-dollar class.
Was I ever wrong! Kim rocked a complex effort to coordinate with our very difficult escrow agent on the sale of our former house to miraculously achieve a simultaneously close on both escrows on the same day.
And, she was a pleasure to deal with at every step of the way.
Hire Kim. She will get the job done well and on time. It is that simple.

Tracy Giaccio went above and beyond to help all parties get what was needed in a long and complicated escrow. Trusts, out of state clients, changing terms of purchase multiple times and getting confirmation of completion of repairs just to name a few things. These days the number of people and �platforms� she has to keep up with is usually around 12. So communication being key consider the buyers, sellers, the agents, their assistants, insurance companies, loans being paid off, the title department and all the people involved if the buyers are getting a loan. Each escrow is different and are rarely simple. Thank you Tracy, for all you and your team at FNF do for me and my team.
