Terra is the Branch Manager of Fidelity’s Sunrise branch and has over 16 years of escrow experience. Terra and her team close resale, short sale, refinance, REO and commercial transactions. Terra and her team are consistently one of the top producing escrow teams in Sacramento County and as such she currently is a Copper Level Member of Fidelity National Title’s distinguished President’s Club.
Terra takes pride in the fact that she has the patience and tenacity needed to deliver the highest level of customer service to her clients.
