Is there such thing a normal transaction? Where everything goes as originally planned? I know they exist. Not this one. Change the closing date please. �No problem.� By the way, the seller forgot to tell us there is a mortgage on the property. �No problem.� Hey Michael, the seller just called, they are going on vacation and want to change closing date again because they won�t be in town. �No problem. Well set up a mobile notary � Ever had one of those transactions? Well, for this team, they are �No problem.�
