Duskie has been actively involved in title and escrow since 1984. She started in title working with the title plant, searching the county records, issuing title polices and learning the practice of title examination. In 1989 an opportunity opened in escrow and that became a 33 year career that has brought her to leading a team of escrow and title experts with Fidelity National Title Company of Montana. Earning mulitple awards and recognition from both her peers and clients, locally and nationally, she feels strongly that giving back and helping the next generation of title and escrow experts attain their full potential is key. She seeks out the people that have the spark and drive to work in this industry and who will focus on the client experience and building professional relationships based on communication and service.
She supports area agents with continuing education classes in title and escrow and shares her knowledge but is always seeking input for ways to be the best business partner for her clients. The only constant in this field is change so we need to be proactive and responsive to the ever changing real estate industry.
Born and raised in Missoula, Duskie has had the privilege of staying in Missoula with her husband of 36 years and raising their family. They have two kids, ages 35 and 28, who are both happy and successful in their lives. These are her greatest accomplishments and feels lucky to have a close relationship with them. You'll find her with family and friends boating on surrounding lakes in the summer and traveling to concerts with her husband year round!
