Tiffany started her title & escrow career in 2003 when her grandfather hired her to be the courier at the title company he managed.
He said it was time to "grow up and get a real job." This was when I learned a very important lesson, read a contract before signing it!" She advanced quickly from courier to the youngest escrow assistant within the corporation. "While you may think nepotism could have played a part in this promotion, I assured you that it did not. Imagine a process similar to the Survivor television show. My title change had to be unanimously voted for within the office but did not come with a pay increase. "
In 2006 my husband and I welcomed our first child, and I took several years off to be a stay-at-home mom before returning to the workforce and trying my hand at healthcare. I worked in various departments throughout the laboratory for eight years before finally accepting that all roads eventually lead back to escrow. I returned to the industry in 2018 as an escrow officer and haven’t looked back since. I pride myself on doing the right thing and going above and beyond for my clients.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, boating, hunting, and fishing with my husband and our three children. My favorite thing in the world is baseball. In the summer, you can always find me at the ball field. Just bring up baseball if you want to talk to me for hours. In 2022 we became a host family for the Glacier Range Riders. This made for the best summer ever! I can’t think of anything better than housing future MLB stars.

Tiffany Simpach went above and beyond for me and our client during this transaction at 560 Park Ave in Whitefish. There were a lot of challenging moving parts right at the last minute that almost soured the transaction. Tiffany and the Fidelity team, along with lawyers and all agents involved were able to get the property to closing table before we lost it. Tiffany Simpach was a pleasure to work with though the entire challenging process. She demonstrated proficiency and an attitude of "whatever it takes" even when I was losing hope in getting the transaction completed. If not for her and her attitude, I doubt this deal would have taken place. I would not want to trust anyone else in such a unique situation.
