I have been working in the Hawaii escrow and title industry for over 30 years and has held both management and escrow officer positions with several firms. At Fidelity National Title & Escrow of Hawaii, David is currently handling residential & commercial sale transactions and mortgage refinance orders. He has experience closing 1031 Delayed and Reverse Exchange transactions as well as complex commercial land/building sales. David graduated from Iolani School and the University of Southern California and is also licensed Notary Public in the State of Hawaii.

The most important element that will guarantee the successful closing of any transaction is to have a very professional, knowledgeable, educated and experienced escrow officer. The escrow officer is what I call the "Eye in the Sky". He is the one that is always vigilant during every phase of the transaction. Without a great escrow officer your transaction will fail 11 out of 10 times.
With 20 years of experience in my Real Estate career I have worked with many escrow officers. David Palk of Fidelity National Title and Escrow is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He provides me with the security of knowing that no detail will ever be overlooked and that every legal aspect of the transaction will be handled professionally.
