Whatever you do, don't choose Vonnie Razo for escrow! Once you find out how good she is YOU WILL START GIVING HER ALL YOUR TRANSACTIONS and she won't have time to answer the phone every time I call, solve all my escrow problems and make my own transactions move smooth as silk.
